Kent A. Berkley has extensive experience in tax services, auditing, and financial consulting, including business planning, business evaluation, and management services. His experience includes a broad range of industries emphasizing in real estate (construction and management), wholesale distributors, retailers, medical and dental, advertising agencies, nursing homes, attorney’s, lumber yards, currency exchanges, homeowner associations, and various other activities.

He graduated in May 1976 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy from the College of Business at the University of Illinois at Urbana, whose accounting department is currently ranked 2nd by US News.  After several years in public accounting, he went on to take financial positions of increasing responsibility in private industry, culminating in the position of CFO for a $200 million real estate company.

He holds a Certified Public Accounting certificate from the State of Illinois. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants.

To broaden his financial background, he has also had extensive training in Process management (including ISO 9001-2000), Strategic planning,  Balanced Scorecard performance measurement, Leadership and Team building.

His interests include community and professional events, family, reading and participating in hiking and other sports activities.

Judith B. Berkley is a CPA who has several years experience in tax services and auditing. Her experience included a broad range of industries.  

She graduated in May 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois. She then completed the required accounting and business law course work to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam. After several years in public accounting, she left the full time work force to spend more time on family and volunteer projects.

She holds a Certified Public Accounting certificate from the State of Illinois. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants.

She is now enrolled at UNLV Boyd School of Law as a full time student focusing on taxes, estate planning, entity structure, asset protection and other areas 

Her interests include community and professional events, family, volunteering at the public schools, reading and participating in hiking and other sports activities.

David C. Andrews is a CPA whose focus is on income tax planning, compliance and controversy. He is a graduate of New Mexico State University class of 1964 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He moved to Nevada from New Mexico in 1975. His experience now spans 44 years of dedication to his clients and the accounting profession, holding positions as staff accountant with a national firm, a statewide firm and as a sole proprietor.  David merged his clientele into Berkley, Berkley & Andrews CPA’s on September 1, 2007. 

 A source of great professional pride for David is the fact that he still serves clients today who were clients in 1975 when he arrived in Nevada.  

David is a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is married (Jane) and the proud father of two grown children and the proud grandfather of three young grandchildren, all right here in Las Vegas.
